Under the patronage of the rector of the Ar-Rasheed smart University,
Deanship of Student Affairs' Student Activities Department, in cooperation with the University Student Forum, organized the First Ar-Rasheed Swimming Championship on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Sam Recreation Club.

During the opening ceremony, the Dean of Student Affairs expressed his delight in holding the championship for the first time at the university,

with the aim of diversifying sports activities and allowing students to practice their hobbies.

During the championship, which included 15 students participating in the 50-meter freestyle swimming, it resulted in three winners who were honored by the Dean of Student Affairs with medals and championship trophies.
