On Monday, December 15, 2024, the third-year interior design students carried out a field visit as part of their Studio 4 course to the building of AR-Rasheed University Hospital.

The visit, supervised by the Head of the Interior Design Department, Dr. Samira Al-Shawish, Eng. Lian Qifa, and Eng. Rawa' Yasser, aimed to provide the students with a visual and practical exposure to the interior and exterior of the university hospital, which is currently under construction. The students were divided into groups to design and implement their ideas on-site, as the AR-Rasheed University Hospital is considered a model for the students to learn about the hospital's entrances, emergency and outpatient departments, operating rooms, patient rooms, and all other hospital sections, which are designed and executed according to international standards.
