The event, held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, took place at the Sam Recreational Club Pool in the capital city.

🚩 The championship was inaugurated by Dr. Hatim Al-Da’is, Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, and featured 150 swimmers representing 20 universities and 10 community colleges from across Yemen. The competition was fierce in the 50-meter freestyle race, with participants pushing their limits in speed and stamina until the decisive moment crowned the champions.
