Marketing Students at Ar-Rasheed Smart University Discuss Real Estate Market Transformations in the Era of Digital Marketing

In a clear demonstration of their research capabilities and growing awareness of the importance of digital transformation in the business environment, marketing students at faculty of Finance and Business at Ar-Rasheed Smart University presented their graduation project on Monday, May 19, 2025. The project, titled "The Reality of Digital Marketing in Yemeni Real Estate Companies," was part of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor's degree for the academic year 1446 (2024–2025). The event was attended by distinguished academics, reflecting the university’s commitment to encouraging applied research connected to market realities

The research session was attended by a select group of university leaders, including Professor Dr. Saif Salam Al-Hakimi, Dean of Student Affairs, and Dr. Jamal Al-Duais, Head of the Business Administration Department, along with several faculty members and experts in academia and marketing.

The research team—Abdullah Al-Qaoud, Ahmed Al-Nasiri, Shehab Al-Baadani, Abdulrahman Saif, Anas Anam, and Amr Al-Areeqi—delivered a comprehensive presentation combining scientific analysis with a realistic assessment of the challenges and opportunities of digital marketing in Yemen’s real estate sector. They highlighted digital promotion mechanisms, customer behavior, and technological advancements shaping this vital field.

The discussion panel consisted of Dr. Hussein Al-Shaari as the internal examiner, Dr. Ziyad Al-Bokhaiti as the external examiner, and Dr. Yasser Al-Zamani as the research supervisor. The panel praised the quality of the research, commending the students' level of analysis and critical thinking. They emphasized that the project opens promising research and practical applications in the modern business world.

At the conclusion of the session, the university expressed pride in its students, affirming that such projects reflect its commitment to graduating professionals capable of engaging with real-world challenges and making a tangible impact in local and international business environments.
