The Deanship of faculty of Engineering and Technology discussed on Saturday, November 23, 2024, the graduation projects of the students of the Department of Information Technology (the first batch) for the academic year 1446 (2024 - 2025), in the presence the rector of the University, Professor Dr. Abdullatif Haidar, the Dean of the faculty, Associate Professor Dr. Abdulmalik Mu'min, and the judging committees members, which included the Head of Information Technology Department, Associate Professor Dr. Anwar Al-Shamiri, the Head of Cyber Security Department, Associate Professor, Dr Anwar Al-Dhari, and the project supervisors, Dr. Sinan Ghullab, the main supervisor, and Eng. Al-Waleed Al-Dais, the assistant supervisor, in addition to a number of members of the administrative staff at the university, along with the students' families, relatives, and friends.

The Head of the Department of Information Technology welcomed the attendees, announcing the start of the evaluation and the presentation of the first project in front of the judging committee.

The first group of students presented their project, which is an application for blood donation, connecting donors with hospitals, blood banks, and health institutions in need of blood donation, in addition to the application's ability to diagnose blood diseases, including anemia.

The project was evaluated with utmost accuracy and objectivity, after a detailed explanation of its content by the students, and the judging committee described it as distinguished and clear in its presentation and the sequence of its ideas.

It is worth noting that the remaining graduation projects in the Department of Information Technology will be discussed in the coming days.
