Al-Rasheed Smart University, in collaboration with the University Student Forum, held a speech and art event on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, to celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

In his opening speech, the university president, Prof. Abdulatif Haidar, emphasized the significance of this blessed occasion,

highlighting the virtues and teachings of the Prophet and encouraging the community to embody these principles in their lives.

The event also featured a speech by Mr. Fouad Al-Haddaa from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research,

who stressed the importance of following the Prophet’s example in promoting tolerance and compassion within the community.

The University Student Forum welcomed all attendees and expressed their love and devotion to the Prophet through various activities,

including poetry recitations and performances by the Duff and Chanting Band.
