Ar-Rasheed RLSC Language and Skills Center Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University Ahlamona Youth Development Foundation started on Saturday, January 4, 2025, the "Labor Market Qualification" training program, targeting 55 students at the university campus.

Dean of the Language and Skills Center, Prof. Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja'a emphasized that the program is one of the important programs for students who are about to graduate. The program aims to equip them with job search skills, resume writing, passing job interviews, effective communication, and achieving goals. He wished all the trainees success and benefit from the training content and outcomes.

On the first day of training, the trainer, Fouad Mused Mused from Ahlamona Youth Development Foundation, reviewed employment skills: these are the skills necessary to obtain, maintain, and succeed in a job. They are also skills and behaviors that allow an employee to harmonize with colleagues, make important decisions, gain respect, and ultimately become an ambassador for the institution outside of it.

He also pointed out that employment skills are a set of skills and values for excellence at work and have other names such as (soft skills, life skills, personal skills, learnable skills). The trainer then presented motivational videos to the attendees to reinforce the information mentioned in the training
