Language and Skills Center Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University, in collaboration with Ahlamona Youth Development Foundation organized the activities of the "Workplace Readiness" training program – the second group – which lasted for several days and witnessed outstanding participation from university students.
The program aimed to enhance students' skills and prepare them for integration into the job market by providing them with the necessary knowledge and expertise to meet modern employment requirements. The program included an intensive workshop covering various topics such as writing resumes, developing personal skills, job search, passing job interviews, effective communication, pursuing professional goals, and teamwork.
At the conclusion of the program, the center and foundation, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Khaled Ali Al-Khadher, and Mr. Fouad Mused Mused, President of Ahlamona Youth Development Foundation, organized a ceremony to distribute participation certificates to the students of the "Workplace Readiness" program in recognition of their active participation and outstanding contribution to the success of the program
In his speech, Dean of Language and Skills Center, Associate Professor Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja'a, emphasized that this program is part of the university's vision to develop students' abilities and connect them with the changing requirements of the job market. He also praised the role of the Foundation in supporting training activities and contributing to the preparation of an aware and qualified generation of youth.
Ar-Rasheed Smart University, through its partnerships with civil society organizations, seeks to enhance applied education and build a strong bridge between students and job market requirements, contributing to securing a promising professional future for youth.
