Ar-Rasheed University Hospital strengthens its infrastructure by signing a contract with the global company MINDRAY to supply state-of-the-art medical equipment.

Driven by a commitment to preparing a generation of skilled and knowledgeable physicians and practitioners, the hospital has taken a strategic step forward by signing a new partnership agreement with the global medical technology company MINDRAY, through its exclusive representatives in Yemen, Natco Al-Razi Co., LTD. Natco Al-Razi Co, LTD. شركة ناتكو الرازي المحدودة This collaboration entails the supply of a range of cutting-edge medical devices, marking a qualitative leap in laboratory services and expanding opportunities for students and staff to train on the latest diagnostic technologies available worldwide.
The signing ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Board Mr. Faisal Al-Zubairi and Natco Al-Razi’s CEO Mr. Omar Farouk,
along with a distinguished group of hospital and university leaders, and representatives from MINDRAY.
The agreement includes the delivery of the integrated unit model M680 for virology, hormone analysis, and blood chemistry, as well as the fully automated hematology analyzer (7-diff) model BC-700.
These devices are among MINDRAY’s most advanced global innovations, offering exceptional precision, reliability, speed, and efficiency. Their high flexibility and operational integration ensure enhanced diagnostic services that contribute to improving both healthcare quality and academic training.
Following the signing, Mr. Faisal Al-Zubairi expressed his pride in the partnership, stating:

The ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman Mr. Abdullah Al-Wazir, Board Member Mr. Osama Al-Ja’dabi, Dean of Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Saif Salam Al-Hakimi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Ikram Al-Iryani, Project Supervisor Dr. Mohammed Al-Aseeli, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Rouni.

On the sidelines of the signing, the visiting delegation toured a vibrant academic showcase, beginning with the pharmacy students’ exhibition held in celebration of World Pharmacists Day. They witnessed the students’ creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and scientific research. The tour continued to the university’s dental clinics, where they observed the modern equipment and hands-on training programs that offer students broad pathways for excellence and professional development. The visit concluded at Ar-Rasheed University Hospital, where the delegation explored the medical departments and diagnostic and therapeutic services under preparation—embodying the university’s vision of continuous expansion and the creation of a comprehensive educational and healthcare environment that blends knowledge with practice, and expertise with compassionate care.
