Ar-Rasheed Smart University’s IT Department Explores an Innovative Graduation Project to Develop “Masar” E-Learning Platform

In an era where rapid technological advancements are reshaping the landscape of education, Information Technology Department at Ar-Rasheed Smart University stands at the forefront of this transformation—delivering intelligent solutions tailored to the demands of the modern age. Today, the department presented a distinguished graduation project titled “Masar for E-Learning”, an innovative applied model designed to redefine the university learning experience by integrating in-person and remote education. The project was part of the academic requirements for earning a bachelor’s degree in the 1447 AH (2025–2026) academic year, and was held on campus

The student team—Ahmed Anwar Al-Akhaly, Aseel Abdulkarim Al-Fadhli, Badr Basim Al-Zakari, Hashid Mohammed Al-Jaradi, and Mohannad Abduh Sarhan—delivered a comprehensive presentation of their smart platform, which facilitates seamless access to academic content, enables electronic submission of assignments and exams, tracks academic progress, and enhances communication between students and faculty.

The evaluation committee, composed of Dr. Anwar Al-Shamiri, supervising professor Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Ezzi, and assistant supervisor Ms. Bara’a Al-Basrawi, praised the project’s research quality, scientific methodology, and practical outcomes. They described it as a pioneering model that elevates the quality of higher education and marks a significant step toward integrating modern technology into the learning process.

At the conclusion of the session, faculty members and students expressed their pride in this academic achievement, which reflects Al-Rasheed Smart University’s commitment to its visionary mission of shaping the future through applied education that meets societal aspirations and upholds the highest standards of academic excellence.
