In line with its vision to bridge academic knowledge with practical application and reflecting its ongoing commitment to quality educational outcomes, Faculty of Business and Finance at Ar-Rasheed Smart University held a scientific meeting on Sunday, December 14, 2025, dedicated to discussing the results of field training for several female students majoring in Business Administration (Arabic) and International Business. This initiative demonstrates the university's commitment to developing practical skills and enhancing its graduates' readiness for active integration into the job market.

During the meeting, the first group, consisting of students Rima Al-Dhawi, Khairiya Al-Hezyazi, and Sihem Al-Ashari, under the supervision of Dr. Samir Al-Sanab, presented a detailed report on their field experience at Al-Ruwaishan Group, highlighting significant practical experiences and professional skills they acquired during their training period.

The second group, comprising students Ruba Al-Afyri and Rania Al-Haidari, presented their findings from their field training at Green Buildings, discussing their applied experiences, acquired professional skills, the challenges they faced, and the strategies they employed to navigate real work environments.

In the third presentation, student Khadija Al-Doba'i shared her training experience at Al-Nasser Exchange, focusing on the nature of work in the financial sector and the administrative and accounting skills she developed that enhanced her professional competence.

The fourth presentation was delivered by student Asrar Al-Muntaser, who discussed her training experience at Ar-Rasheed Smart University, detailing the key administrative and organizational tasks she participated in and the practical experiences that supported her academic and professional journey.

The final presentation was made by student Shaimaa Abdul Ghani Aiza from the International Business major, who reviewed the results of her field training at Natco Pharma, touching on the nature of institutional work in companies and the professional skills she gained in management, communication, and working within multidisciplinary teams.

The presentations were presented in front of a specialized academic committee that included the Dean of Faculty of Business and Finance, Professor Abdul Khaleq Tawwaf, the Head of the Business Administration Department, Dr. Jamal Al-Do'ais, the field supervisor, Dr. Samir Al-Sanab, Dr. Yasser Al-Zamani, and the field training coordinator, Mr. Firas Faisal Amin. The meeting witnessed enriching scientific discussions, featuring evaluative questions aimed at measuring practical benefit, discussing strengths, and identifying areas for improvement in the field training experience.

The committee emphasized, at the conclusion of the meeting, the Faculty's commitment to the continuous evaluation of student performance during the field training period, recognizing it as a fundamental pillar in building professional competencies, refining practical skills, and preparing graduates capable of effectively integrating into the job market, in alignment with the mission and strategic directions of Ar-Rasheed Smart University.
