A Partnership for the Future: Ar-Rasheed Smart University and Jeel Al-Risala Schools Formalize a Strategic Agreement to Empower High-Achieving Students

In a pioneering step that reflects its mission to shape a brighter academic future, Ar-Rasheed Smart University signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Academic Cooperation with Jeel Al-Risala Modern Schools on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. The agreement aims to support High-Achieving students, empower them to pursue higher education, and strengthen collaborative ties to advance the educational process in Yemen.

The signing ceremony was marked by a distinguished presence of thought and education leaders. Representing Ar-Rasheed Smart University, the agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, the rector of the university, and on behalf of Jeel Al-Risala Modern Schools, by Mr. Jameel Omar Al-Tayyar, Chairman of the Board. Also in attendance were Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Wazir, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Khaled Ali Al-Khader, Secretary-General of the University—embodying the spirit of partnership and synergy to nurture a generation of excellence poised to lead the future.

The agreement seeks to establish a sustainable educational partnership that promotes academic quality and excellence, while opening avenues for collaboration in training, scientific research, and community service.

In his remarks, the University President expressed his pride in this strategic partnership, affirming that Al-Rasheed Smart University is committed to building bridges with educational institutions to enable students to combine academic distinction with practical readiness.
