On Tuesday, Ar-Rasheed Smart University participated in the sports championship in "table tennis, billiards" among students of Yemeni government and private universities and community colleges for the "Tawfan Al-Aqsa" Cup under the slogan "You are not alone", organized by the Educational Affairs Sector - Competitive Competitions Project Management at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.

The championship, inaugurated by the Deputy Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hatem Al-Daeeis, and participated by 120 students from 25 government and private universities and community colleges, in the amateur and professional categories, aims to promote national, moral and social values among students, develop their intellectual and physical skills, and discover talents among university students.

During the draw and the implementation of the championship among the players, in the first billiards championship, the players who participated were: Mohammed Ali Al-Mutarib and Suhail Khaled Al-Hashedi, where they achieved a resounding victory over the Universities of An-Nokhba and Al-Imaratia International, and they were qualified to play with other universities tomorrow, Wednesday, according to the draw and group distribution.

In the third table tennis championship for the amateur category, the player Abdulrahman Sadiq Lutf Allah participated, where he achieved a great victory over the player of the University of Civilization, while in the professional category, the player Ayman Nabil Al-Dhamari participated, who will play tomorrow according to the draw and group distribution.
