Language and Skills Center Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University, in collaboration with Ahlamona Youth Development Foundation , concluded the "Workforce Preparation" training program today on the university campus. This program, implemented for the second time, is part of the university's commitment to equipping students with the practical skills necessary to enter the job market with confidence and competence, preparing them for the requirements of modern jobs, enhancing their competitive edge, and contributing to achieving their professional aspirations.

During the program, which was attended by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulkhaleq Tawaf, the Head of the Cybersecurity Department, Prof. Dr. Anwar Al-Dhari, and the Secretary-General of the university, Mr. Khaled Ali Al-Khadher, the Dean of the Language and Skills Center, Prof. Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja', emphasized that the program is one of the vital programs that meet the needs of students approaching graduation.

He explained that the primary goal of the program is to enable students to acquire essential skills that enhance their readiness for the job market, such as job searching, writing a professional resume, confidently passing personal interviews, effective communication, and striving to achieve professional goals. He also expressed his hope that all trainees would gain the maximum benefit from the training content and outcomes, wishing them success in building their professional future

At the end of the program, the Dean of Student Affairs and the Secretary-General of the university handed out participation certificates to the trainees in the "Workforce Preparation" program, honoring their commitment and outstanding interaction during the program.
