Ar-Rasheed RLSC Language and Skills Center Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University organized a training workshop titled "Effective Marketing Strategies" on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, targeting the university's administrative staff. The workshop was held on the university campus.
هدفت The objective of the workshop was to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in marketing, focusing on practical, actionable strategies to enhance the university's marketing performance.
The workshop commenced with the attendance of the Dean of Language and Skills Center, Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja'a, the Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Khaled Ali Al-Khadher, and the Director of Human Resources, Mr. Osama Mohammed.
In his opening remarks, the rector of the university, Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haider, emphasized that the development and enhancement of administrative staff skills are fundamental pillars in achieving the university's vision and strategic objectives.
The rector added, “At Ar-Rasheed Smart University, we are committed to providing an educational and training environment that keeps pace with the latest developments across various fields, enhancing the efficiency of our staff and strengthening the university's position in the smart education sector.” He noted that this workshop is part of a series of training initiatives aimed at empowering administrative staff to apply best practices in marketing and management, positively impacting the university's overall performance.
The rector concluded his speech by commending the efforts of the Language and Skills Center in organizing such training events, stressing the importance of continuously developing training programs to keep up with rapid changes in the work and education environment.
The workshop covered several key topics, including formulating successful marketing strategies, internal analysis of the university, identifying the target audience and their needs, developing and implementing marketing plans, as well as the role of social media and modern technology in marketing.
The training methodology relied on an interactive approach, including presentations, group discussions, practical activities, and the analysis of real-life case studies, aiming to enable participants to apply the acquired concepts in real work environments
This workshop aligns with the efforts of the Language and Skills Center to enhance the skills and capabilities of the administrative staff, contributing to achieving the university's strategic objectives and improving its efficiency in marketing and management.
