In a world where service quality has become a benchmark for excellence and value creation is the key to success, Ar-Rasheed Smart University continues to enhance the capabilities of its administrative staff and develop their professional skills.
Driven by this vision, the university organized a specialized training workshop on marketing and service characteristics for the staff of the Deanship of Student Affairs. The workshop aimed to elevate performance levels, improve services provided to students and visitors, and establish a culture of institutional excellence.
During the opening of the workshop, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rubaie, emphasized that developing the skills of employees in customer and student services represents a fundamental pillar for achieving institutional excellence. He noted that delivering a professional service based on understanding student needs and creating value enhances the beneficiary's experience and strengthens the university's positive image.
The workshop was presented by Mr. Ibrahim Azzan, Director of Student Activities and Services at the university. He reviewed several important pillars, including the modern concept of marketing based on creating and delivering value to the beneficiary, the psychology of the service provider, and the impact of professional appearance, body language, and effective communication in building trust. Additionally, he discussed the role of the physical and sensory environment in improving the beneficiary's experience and increasing satisfaction with the services provided.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the participants expressed their happiness with the training content, its knowledge, and the practical applications that contribute to developing their professional performance and enhancing the quality of student services.
