"Information Technology and Cybersecurity Students at Ar-Rasheed Smart University on a Field Visit to Yemen Soft: A Knowledgeable Experience That Meets Future Aspirations."

In a world witnessing rapid digital transformations and an increasing need to bridge academic knowledge with practical application, Ar-Rasheed Smart University continues its efforts to prepare highly skilled technical professionals ready to meet the demands of the job market.

Within this side, students from the Information Technology and Cybersecurity programs conducted a scientific field visit today, Wednesday, May 27, 2025, to Yemen Soft company, as part of the requirements for the Project Management course supervised by Dr. Sameh Al-Jabli.

The students were welcomed by Engineer Ahmed Al-Omari, Training Manager at the company’s branch on Al-Khamseen Street, who introduced them to the company’s areas of work, software and technical solutions, and its role in developing secure information systems that align with local market needs.

For his part, the Head of the Cybersecurity Department, Associate Professor Dr. Anwar Al-Thari, emphasized the importance of such visits in enabling students to acquire practical skills and enhance their knowledge through direct exposure to real work environments.

On behalf of the university administration, he also appreciated Yemen Soft’s continuous cooperation in hosting students, considering this support a reflection of the company’s commitment to contributing to the development of the educational environment and building effective bridges between academic outputs and the realities of the job market.
