Ar-Rasheed Smart University witnessed an exciting start to its Third Ar-Rasheed Olympiad on Sunday, February 9, 2025, with an intense competition on the first day of the Faculty League Table Football Championship (gym). Eight players from various faculties competed in an atmosphere full of excitement and high sportsmanship, amid strong support and encouragement from the university students.

The University's Student Activities Department emphasized that the tournament aims to enhance interaction and athletic competition among students, develop their strategic and mental skills in a fun and competitive environment, and foster a stimulating sports setting that reflects a spirit of challenge while strengthening positive relationships among students through friendly competitions.

The tournament featured impressive performances from the participants, with the results as follows:

⚪ Zaid Abdulmajeed Ghalab from Faculty of Engineering and Technology (IT Department) defeated Nasrallah Mehras (10 goals to 3).

⚪ Ahmed Abdullah Ali Al-Sanbani from Faculty of Engineering and Technology (Mechatronics Department) triumphed over Abdulrahman Hussein Ali Zabal from Faculty of Engineering and Technology (Cybersecurity Department) (10 goals to 2) in a match showcasing Al-Sanbani's remarkable performance and dominance.

⚪ In a competitive atmosphere, Wael Ahmed Ali Al-Jabrati achieved a victory (10 goals to 3) against Sharaf Jamal Yahya Ghalab after an exciting and fiercely competitive match.

⚪ Ahmed Adnan Al-Sharjabi defeated Abdullah Aqlan (10 goals to 4), affirming his superiority and confidently moving forward towards more victories!

All the winners advanced to the semifinals, where new challenges await them in the coming days.
