In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and determination, and amidst students' aspirations for a confident academic start, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rubaie, Dean of Student Affairs, conducted a field visit on Monday, November 17, 2025, to closely monitor the progress of the final exams for first-level students. This visit affirmed the university's ongoing commitment to providing a fair and organized educational environment that enhances student success and elevates their academic experience.

During his extensive tour of the exam halls, he was accompanied by the registrar, Mr. Qa'id Al-Jaafiri, where they ensured the quality of the procedures in place to guarantee the orderliness and smoothness of the examination process, creating an ideal atmosphere for students to perform their best.

Dr. Al-Rubaie praised the commitment and seriousness he observed in the exam halls, along with the organizational efforts made by the examination committees. He stated, "At Ar-Rasheed Smart University, we strive to ensure that students experience a comfortable and motivating examination process that reflects the spirit of fairness and supports their educational journey.
