As part of supporting entrepreneurial ideas and qualitative projects that contribute to community service and sustainable development, Faculty of Finance and Business at Ar-Rasheed Smart University discussed today, Wednesday, June 17, 2026, a graduation project in Marketing (Arabic program) titled"Business Plan for the Oxygen of Life Company." The project aims to present an innovative investment model in the health and industrial services sector through establishing a company specialized in importing and installing oxygen generation systems inside hospitals and industrial facilities.It also focuses on providing solar energy systems to operate these setups efficiently and sustainably contributing to reducing operational costs and ensuring the continuity of oxygen supply.

The project carried the slogan "Safe Breath… Continuous Life,".based on an ambitious vision that seeks to achieve leadership in the oxygen industry in Yemen by enabling hospitals and various facilities to produce their oxygen needs on-site, using modern solar-powered stations with diverse capacities tailored to customer requirements

The student, Abdullah Al-Jabri, explained that the project idea came in response to the challenges associated with providing, transporting, and storing oxygen. The project offers an integrated solution based on producing oxygen directly at the client's location, which reduces reliance on traditional filling cylinders and saves time, effort, and costs.

The competitive advantage of the project lies in providing an integrated package that includes oxygen generation devices, solar energy systems, installation, maintenance, and technical support services. This ensures a stable and safe source of high-quality oxygen with long-term economic efficiency.

The study also reviewed the administrative, financial, and logistical aspects of the project, estimating the initial capital at approximately $160,000, relying onthe founders' self-funding with the possibility of attracting future partners and investors, in addition to presenting the organizational structure, the proposed teamwork, and marketing and expansion mechanisms.

The discussion committee consisted Mr. Ibrahim Al-Nusayri. . andof Dr. Yasser Al-ZamaniThe committee praised the importance of the project idea and its connection to the needs of the health and industrial sectors in Yemen, emphasizing that the project reflects an entrepreneurial awareness and an ability to employ management and marketing concepts in addressing realistic challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions

The committee commended the effort made in preparing the business plan, including the market study, analysis of investment opportunities, and operational and financial aspects, considering the project a promising model for projects that combine economic feasibility with societal impact.

The discussion was attended by several faculty members and students of the college, who learned about the details of the project and its future goals in contributing to the development of oxygen production services and promoting reliance on sustainable sources.
