In a significant step to enhance the medical and educational infrastructure at Ar-Rasheed Smart University, the Chairman of "Deep Learning for Higher Education and Medical Services", Mr. Faisal Al-Zubairi, signed today, Tuesday, January 28, 2025, an annex to the agreement for the supply of advanced medical devices and equipment for Ar-Rasheed University Hospital with Natco Al-Razi Limited Company, at the university campus.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice Chairman, Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Wazir, members of the Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. Abdullatif Haider, the rector of the University, Mr. Osama Mohammed Al-Jaadabi, the General Supervisor of the project, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Aseeli, along with representatives of Natco Al-Razi Limited Company, Sales and Projects Manager Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Khateeb, Engineer Ramez Al-Munbari from Philips company, and Supervisor Rifaat Abdulsalam

The deal included the supply of a range of the latest global medical devices, including operation tables for brain and neurosurgery, ultrasound and heart TV devices, general anesthesia devices, X-ray devices, central sterilization devices for surgical tools, in addition to laundry, dryer, and central ironing equipment.

During the signing, Mr. Faisal Al-Zubairi emphasized that equipping the hospital with the latest medical technologies reflects the commitment of the Board of Directors and the university Presidency to develop the educational and training environment to meet the highest global standards. He added, "Equipping the hospital comprehensively is a top priority for the council, as all preparations will be completed to welcome the students of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the university, with the aim of providing high-quality education according to international standards, contributing to the preparation of qualified graduates with distinguished knowledge and practical skills."

The Chairman of the Board indicated that this step represents a real launch towards achieving the university's vision of providing advanced medical and educational services, not only to support the educational process but also to serve the community and meet its health needs professionally and efficiently.

This agreement comes within the framework of the university's ambitious plans to enhance its educational capabilities and provide a comprehensive training environment, to qualify future doctors with the best scientific and technical means.
