university newsIn a scene that embodies a passion for knowledge and hands-on learning, third-year medical and general surgery students at Ar-Rasheed Smart University carried out a distinguished practical training session in the anatomy lab on campus. The session focused on dissecting the heart and lungs of animal specimens and comparing them to human anatomy, under the supervision of Dr. Salim Al-Riyashi and Dr. Ali Haidrah, as part of the “Human Body Anatomy” course. The training aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the vital anatomical structure of the heart and lungs, while deepening their grasp of the anatomical and physiological differences between humans and animals. This approach strengthens students’ analytical and comprehension skills and prepares them for real-world medical practice.
