برؤية استراتيجية طموحة.. مجلس إدارة “ديب ليرننج” يعقد اجتماعه الدوري لمناقشة الموازنة التقديرية للعام الجامعي 1447هـ (2025 – 2026م) التعليم ليس مشروعًا عابرًا، بل هو رسالة مستمرة تُبنى بالعقول النيّرة، وتصان بالإرادة الصلبة، وتزدهر حين تتضافر الجهود وتتوحد الرؤى. فمن خلال قيادة واعية تؤمن بأن التميز لا يُوهب، بل يُصنع عبر تخطيط محكم ورؤية واضحة وصبرٍ يليق ببناء الأوطان، تتحقق نهضة التعليم. وانطلاقًا من هذا الإيمان، يمضي مجلس إدارة شركة ديب ليرننج لخدمات التعليم العالي والخدمات الطبية قُدمًا نحو تأسيس نموذج تعليمي حديث يرتقي بالمعرفة، ويكرّس ثقافة الجودة، ويُثمر أجيالًا تملك أدوات التغيير وتصنع الفارق، نحو مجتمع أكثر إشراقًا وريادة. وفي هذا السياق، انعقد صباح اليوم الأحد 27 ربيع الثاني 1447هـ الموافق 19 أكتوبر 2025م، الاجتماع الدوري لمجلس إدارة شركة ديب ليرننج، وذلك في قاعة الاجتماعات برئاسة جامعة الرشيد الذكية، برئاسة الأستاذ فيصل ناصر الزبيري، وبحضور كوكبة من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وممثلي الجامعة. جاء الاجتماع في إطار الحرص على تعزيز جودة التعليم وتطوير الأداء المؤسسي، حيث ناقش الحضور الحساب الختامي للعام الجامعي 2024 – 2025م، كما جرى استعراض ومناقشة الموازنة التقديرية للعام الجديد 1447هـ (2025 – 2026م)، في إطار مسار استراتيجي يهدف إلى ترسيخ تعليم نوعي يواكب تطلعات المستقبل. حضر الاجتماع كل من نائب رئيس المجلس الأستاذ عبدالله محمد الوزير، والدكتور ناجي ناجي القعيصي، وقد مثّله كل من الأستاذ عبدالمجيد سميع والأستاذ إسامة القهالي، إضافة إلى الأستاذ أسامة محمد الجعدبي، والدكتور كمال العصيمي، والمهندس نبيل حسن المداني، مقرر المجلس وعضو مجلس الإدارة. كما شارك في الاجتماع من مجلس الأمناء الأستاذ الدكتور عبداللطيف حيدر، رئيس الجامعة، ومن الأمانة العامة للجامعة كل من الأستاذ خالد علي الخضر، الأمين العام، والأستاذ عبدالعزيز الحداد، المدير المالي، والأستاذة حنان صوفان، مدير مكتب رئيس الجامعة. وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، رحّب الأستاذ فيصل ناصر الزبيري بالحضور، مثمنًا جهود أعضاء المجلس وإدارة الجامعة، ومشيدًا بما تحقق من تطور ملحوظ على المستويين الأكاديمي والإداري، مؤكدًا أن “ديب ليرننج” تسير بخطى واثقة نحو التميز والريادة في مجال التعليم العالي، بفضل تكامل الأدوار بين مجلس الإدارة والجامعة. وقال رئيس مجلس الإدارة: “رؤيتنا تتركز على بناء بيئة تعليمية حديثة تمكّن الطالب من امتلاك أدوات العصر، وتزوّده بالمعارف والمهارات التي تؤهله للنجاح في الحياة وسوق العمل”. كما أكد الزبيري أهمية توظيف أحدث تقنيات التعليم وتبني طرائق تدريس مبتكرة تُسهم في تنمية قدرات الطلبة على الإبداع والتفكير النقدي، وذلك ضمن إطار شراكة فاعلة ومتكاملة بين مجلس الإدارة وجامعة الرشيد الذكية، مقدمًا شكره الكبير للجميع على جهودهم المبذولة في دعم مسيرة الجامعة وتعزيز جودة التعليم. بدوره، أكد الأستاذ الدكتور عبداللطيف حيدر، رئيس الجامعة، على عمق هذه الشراكة، واصفًا إياها بأنها “ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق تطلعات الجامعة ورؤيتها المستقبلية”، مشيرًا إلى أن الجامعة تعمل وفق رؤية تعليمية معاصرة، مدعومة ببنية تحتية حديثة، ومناهج محفزة، وكوادر تدريسية متميزة. وأضاف رئيس الجامعة: “نثمّن عاليًا دعم مجلس الإدارة، ونتطلع إلى مزيد من التقدم في جودة التعليم والتميز الأكاديمي والبحثي”. وقد أعرب عن تقديره لأعضاء المجلس على دعمهم المتواصل، مؤكدًا التزام الجامعة ببناء بيئة تعليمية متكاملة تمزج بين النظرية والتطبيق، وتعزز القيم العلمية والإنسانية، بما يسهم في إعداد أجيال قادرة على الإبداع والتأثير وصناعة المستقبل. وشهد الاجتماع نقاشًا ثريًا حول عدد من المحاور الجوهرية التي ترسم ملامح المرحلة المقبلة، حيث جرى استعراض محضر الاجتماع السابق، ثم انتقل الأعضاء إلى مناقشة الحساب الختامي للعام الجامعي 2024 – 2025م، تلا ذلك بحث تفصيلي للموازنة التقديرية للعام الجامعي الجديد 1447هـ (2025 – 2026م). كما تطرق المجلس إلى عدد من القضايا المالية والإدارية المهمة، التي من شأنها تعزيز كفاءة الأداء وتطوير البنية المؤسسية، بما يتسق مع الرؤية المستقبلية للجامعة. وفي ختام الاجتماع، جدد أعضاء المجلس التزامهم الكامل بدعم الجامعة في تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، ومواصلة مسيرتها نحو تقديم تعليم عالٍ بمعايير دولية، يُعِد الطالب أكاديميًا، ويُنمّي مهاراته المهنية، ويمنحه القدرة على التميز في سوق العمل.

في اجتماعه الأكاديمي الحادي عشر .. المجلس الأكاديمي يجدد التزامه بالجودة والابتكار، ويؤكد أن التكاتف هو الأساس لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في أجواءٍ تسودها روح المسؤولية والطموح، وتحت شعار “نصنع المستقبل معًا”، عقد المجلس الأكاديمي بجامعة الرشيد الذكية اليوم السبت 18 أكتوبر 2025م، الموافق 24 ربيع الثاني 1447هـاجتماعه الدوري الحادي عشر للعام الجامعي 1447هـ (2025–2026م)، برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور عبداللطيف حيدر – رئيس الجامعة، وبمشاركة نخبة من القيادات الأكاديمية والإدارية الذين يمثلون قلب الجامعة النابض بعطاء لا يتوقف. وشارك في الاجتماع الذي انعقد في قاعة الاجتماعات برئاسة الجامعة، كلٌ من: عميد شؤون الطلبة، وعميد مركز التطوير وضمان الجودة، وعمداء كليات الطب والعلوم الصحية، وطب الأسنان، والهندسة والتكنولوجيا، والمال والأعمال، بالإضافة إلى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية، ورئيس الكنترول المركزي. وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، رحّب رئيس الجامعة بالحضور، موجهًا تحية خاصة للدكتور رائد سعيد الذبحاني – رئيس قسم الأمن السيبراني، بمناسبة مشاركته الأولى في المجلس، متمنياً له التوفيق والنجاح، ومؤكدًا أنه سيكون إضافة نوعية لمسيرة الجامعة الأكاديمية. وعبر رئيس الجامعة: عن فخره واعتزازه بكافة الجهود المبذولة من أعضاء المجلس والكوادر الأكاديمية والإدارية قائلاً: “في كل اجتماع، نزداد يقيناً أن روح الفريق والعمل التكاملي هي سر تميز جامعة الرشيد الذكية. إن ما نشهده اليوم من التزام وعطاء وحرص على جودة التعليم، يؤكد أن الجميع – دون استثناء – شريك حقيقي في مسيرة النجاح”. ودعا رئيس الجامعة إلى تعزيز روح التعاون والتكامل بين جميع مكونات الجامعة الأكاديمية والإدارية، مؤكدًا أن التكاتف هو السبيل الأوحد لمواصلة بناء جامعة تواكب طموحات شباب هذا الوطن، وترتقي لتطلعاته، وتؤسس لمستقبلٍ مشرقٍ بإذن الله. وناقش المجلس عددًا من القضايا المحورية المرتبطة بسير العملية التعليمية وضمان جودة التعلم، شملت آليات تصحيح الاختبارات ورصد الدرجات، مراجعة الكشوفات النهائية للطلبة الخريجين، وتحديد مواعيد الاختبارات التكميلية، إلى جانب مجموعة من الموضوعات التي تمس الشؤون الأكاديمية والطلابية على حد سواء. وقد ساد اللقاء روح من الحماس والإصرار، حيث جدد الأعضاء التزامهم بالعمل بروح الفريق الواحد، مؤكدين أن الجامعة ستبقى منارة علمٍ وفكر، تصنع التغيير وتفتح آفاق الابتكار والتميز أمام الطلبة.

In a scene that embodies the deep belief that investing in people is the key to shaping the future, Ar-Rasheed Smart University and Ar-Rasheed Modern Schools started the “Academic and Career Guidance Program”—a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering high school students to confidently and consciously shape their future paths. This program is the result of a constructive collaboration between the university’s Language and Skills Center and the Department of Activities and Specialized Programs – Social Services Division at the schools. It marks a pivotal milestone in students’ journey toward self-discovery and identifying academic and career paths aligned with their aspirations. The program commenced on Saturday, October 18, 2025, with the participation of 102 male and female students. It will run for six days and aims to help students explore their academic and professional interests, discover available opportunities, and enhance their ability to make informed decisions. It also focuses on developing planning skills, situational management, and instilling a spirit of initiative and responsibility.

In alignment with Ar-Rasheed Smart University’s strategic commitment to advancing academic excellence and institutionalizing a culture of quality and accreditation, the Development and Quality Assurance Center convened a high-level meeting on Wednesday morning, October 15, 2025, to monitor the progress of the self-assessment process at the Faculty of Finance and Business. The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Abdullatif Haidar, Rector of the University, and attended by Professor Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja’a, Dean of the Center; Professor Dr. Abdulkhaleq Tawaf, Dean of the Faculty; Dr. Jamal Al-Duais, Head of the Business Administration Department; Mr. Khaled Ali Al-Khader, Secretary-General of the University; and Ms. Sara Al-Juda’i, Center Coordinator and Acting Head of the Documentation and Information Unit. In his opening remarks, the rector welcomed the attendees and commended the Center’s efforts in driving the self-assessment initiative. He underscored the strategic importance of such engagements in fostering a robust academic environment and elevating both institutional and program-level quality standards.

In a move that underscores the synergy between higher education institutions and official bodies—and embodies the national vision for a progressive and impactful university education—Ar-Rasheed Smart University welcomed Dr. Qais Al-Tal, Director General of Guidance at the Capital Municipality, on the morning of Saturday, October 11, 2025. The high-level visit aimed to closely observe the university’s academic operations and review the mechanisms for implementing curricula and academic requirements across its faculties and scientific departments. Leading the reception was Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, rector of the University, who expressed his warm welcome and described the visit as a pivotal step toward strengthening collaboration between academic institutions and government entities involved in education and guidance. In his welcoming remarks, the rector stated: "At Ar-Rasheed Smart University, we do not merely construct classrooms—we cultivate an inspiring educational environment that fuses creativity with knowledge and empowers students with the tools of the future. This visit is a recognition of our serious academic efforts, and we firmly believe that human development begins in university halls filled with life and ambition."

As part of its commitment to ensuring the quality of education and academic integrity, Ar-Rasheed Smart University President, Prof. Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, conducted an inspection tour on Saturday, October 11, 2025, to monitor the progress of first semester examinations for the academic year 1447 (2025–2026). The exams are currently being held across all university faculties for second-, third-, fourth-, and fifth-year students The tour included examination halls in the faculties of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dentistry, Engineering and Technology, and Business and Finance. The rector reviewed the organization of the exams, the provision of a suitable environment for students, and the adherence of examination committees to the approved academic calendar and procedures Accompanying the rector were Prof. Dr. Abdul hameed AShuja’, Dean of Development and Quality Assurance center, and Mr. Qaed Al-Jaafari, University Registrar. They presented a comprehensive overview of the organizational and administrative efforts undertaken to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the exams

In a move that reflects its steadfast commitment to advancing medical education and enhancing academic programs, Ar-Rasheed Smart University participated on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the national workshop dedicated to discussing and approving the regulatory framework for the Medicine and Surgery program at Yemeni universities. The workshop, organized by the Higher Education Sector of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research, was held under the framework of the hybrid integrated education system. Representing the university were Prof. Dr. Ikram Fadhl Al-Iryani, Dean of faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, and Mr. Qaed Al-Jaafari, University Registrar, alongside a distinguished group of deans and vice-deans of medical faculties, registrars from public and private universities, medical education experts, and key stakeholders involved in the program

In a scene that embodies a passion for knowledge and hands-on learning, third-year medical and general surgery students at Ar-Rasheed Smart University carried out a distinguished practical training session in the anatomy lab on campus. The session focused on dissecting the heart and lungs of animal specimens and comparing them to human anatomy, under the supervision of Dr. Salim Al-Riyashi and Dr. Ali Haidrah, as part of the “Human Body Anatomy” course. The training aimed to enhance students’ understanding of the vital anatomical structure of the heart and lungs, while deepening their grasp of the anatomical and physiological differences between humans and animals. This approach strengthens students’ analytical and comprehension skills and prepares them for real-world medical practice.
