Ar-Rasheed Smart University announces the launch of Public Tender No. (RSU-2025-01) for the year 2025,
concerning:
Supply and Installation of a Hybrid Grid-Connected Solar Energy System with Energy Storage System (ESS)
(Hybrid Grid-Connected System with PV & Energy Storage System – ESS)
Funding Source: Ar-Rasheed Smart University.
The university invites specialized and qualified companies and institutions with the necessary experience and competence to seize this opportunity and participate in implementing a qualitative project that reflects the shift towards clean energy and a sustainable future.
Purchase and Receipt of Tender Documents
Tender documents are sold and received for a non-refundable amount of 10,000 Riyals.
🗓 Start Date for Document Sales: Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Last Date for Sales: Saturday, January 3, 2026.
📍 Location for Purchase and Receipt:
Ar-Rasheed Smart University – University Box – 14 October Street – Hadda – Capital Municipality – Sana’a
(During official working hours)
Submission of Bids:
Bids must be submitted in a main sealed envelope waxed shut, containing three (3) separate sealed envelopes, as detailed in the tender documents. The main envelope should clearly state:
Entity Name
Project Name
Tender Number
Bidder's Name
📝 Important Notes:
The proposal must include sales tax.
The supplier will bear all transportation costs to:
Ar-Rasheed Smart University – Building (D) – Address: Hadda – 14 October Street.
Deadline for Bid Submission and Envelope Opening:
⏰ 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 10, 2026.
No bids received after this date will be accepted and will be returned unopened to the sender.
Envelopes will be opened at the university in the presence of bidders or their officially authorized representatives.
