The Council of Deans and Heads of Departments at Ar-Rasheed Smart University held its 22nd regular meeting on Saturday, March 1, 2025 chaired by Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, the rector of the university, to discuss developments in the educational process, follow up on second-semester exams, and explore ways to enhance education quality in line with the latest academic standards.

The rector of university started the meeting by congratulating attendees and all university members on the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, wishing them a month filled with goodness and blessings. He also praised the efforts of college deans and department heads in delivering education that meets students' aspirations and labor market needs, emphasizing the importance of adhering to academic quality standards to ensure outstanding educational outcomes

The meeting addressed several key topics, including the progress of the educational process, second-semester exams, academic and administrative challenges, and reviewing developmental initiatives that contribute to improving the university’s educational and administrative performance

At the conclusion of the meeting, a set of recommendations was approved, aiming to improve education quality, foster a stimulating and supportive academic and professional environment for students, and further establish Al-Rasheed Smart University’s position as a leading academic institution that keeps pace with developments in higher education
