The visit began with a comprehensive orientation tour of the medical and engineering laboratories, the central library, and several facilities across the university. في عالم تتسارع فيه التقنيات وتتشكل فيه الفرص بسرعة الضوء، تصبح امتلاك العقلية الريادية التي تجمع بين الإبداع والمعرفة والقدرة على التكيّف مهارة أساسية لكل طالب يسعى لترك بصمته في المستقبل. ومن هذا المنطلق، نظّمت جامعة الرشيد الذكية ممثلة بعمادة شؤون الطلبة – إدارة الأنشطة الطلابية، وبالتعاون مع إدارة المواهب بمجموعة هائل سعيد أنعم وشركاه، اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 09 ديسمبر 2025م، ورشة عمل تدريبية أونلاين بعنوان:“عقلية ريادة الأعمال في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي”، قدمها الأستاذ أديب قاسم – مدير مبادرات التنمية الاقتصادية – عبر منصة TEAMS. استهدفت الورشة عدداً من طلبة الجامعة، وركّزت على تنمية مهارات التفكير الريادي، والتخطيط للمشاريع المستقبلية، وتبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي كأداة للابتكار وصناعة الفرص. وخلال الفعالية، أكّد الدكتور أحمد الربيعي – عميد شؤون الطلبة – على أهمية هذه الورش التي تعزز الربط بين التعليم الجامعي ومتطلبات سوق العمل، مشيراً إلى أن: “الجامعة تسعى من خلال هذا النوع من البرامج إلى تأهيل طلابها بمهارات المستقبل، وتمكينهم من فهم الاتجاهات التقنية الجديدة، ليكونوا شركاء فاعلين في بناء اقتصاد رقمي تنافسي يعتمد على الإبداع والمعرفة”. كما قدّم عميد شؤون الطلبة الشكر والتقدير لإدارة المواهب بمجموعة هائل سعيد أنعم وشركاه على تنظيم هذه الورشة والورش السابقة، وللمدرب الأستاذ أديب قاسم على جهوده ومساهمته القيمة في تقديم المحتوى التدريبي. ودعا الدكتور الربيعي جميع الطلبة إلى التفاعل مع هذه الدورات النوعية التي تصقل مهاراتهم وتجعلهم مستعدين لدخول سوق العمل بثقة وكفاءة. واختُتمت الورشة بنقاش مفتوح وتفاعلي بين الطلبة والمدرب، حيث طرح الطلاب أسئلتهم وأفكارهم، في انعكاس واضح لاهتمامهم بالاستفادة من الخبرات المقدمة واستيعاب متطلبات الريادة في العصر الرقمي.

The workshop was broadcast online from the Arab Republic of Egypt to a number of targeted Yemeni universities. The workshop was presented by Ms. Lamish Hamdi, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Mr. Abdullah No'man, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. It focused on equipping students with practical skills to craft a professional resume that effectively highlights their strengths and distinctions in a competitive job market.
