The honor was bestowed during a meeting of the university's Academic Council, attended by the rector of the university, Professor Abdul Lateef Haidar, Board of Trustees member Professor Mansour Al-Abdi, Dean of Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Professor Ikram Al-Aryani, along with all the deans, department heads, the head of the Scientific Research Unit, and the university's Secretary-General.

في يومٍ تتجدد فيه روح التطوير وتتسارع فيه خطى الارتقاء بالأداء الوظيفي، نفّذ مركز الرشيد للغات والمهارات بجامعة الرشيد الذكية اليوم السبت 15 نوفمبر 2025م دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان “أساسيات الأكسل المحاسبي للكادر الوظيفي”، وذلك في الحرم الجامعي، ضمن توجه المركز لتعزيز قدرات الموظفين وتمكينهم من أدوات العمل الحديثة بكفاءة واحترافية. وتستمر الدورة، التي يقدّمها الدكتور بلال الشجاع، لمدة خمسة أيام، وتهدف إلى رفع كفاءة الموظفين في استخدام برنامج Excel في المعاملات المحاسبية والإدارية، وتحسين جودة التقارير والدقة في معالجة البيانات، بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء المؤسسي وتعزيز الإنتاجية في بيئة العمل اليومية. وأكد عميد مركز اللغات والمهارات، الأستاذ الدكتور عبد الحميد الشجاع، أن هذه الدورات تأتي كجزء أساسي من استراتيجية المركز في تمكين الكادر الوظيفي وتطوير مهاراتهم، قائلاً: “نحن نؤمن بأن التطوير الحقيقي يبدأ من تعزيز مهارات الموظف وربط المعرفة النظرية بالتطبيق العملي. مثل هذه البرامج التدريبية لا تزيد من كفاءة الكادر فحسب، بل تفتح أمامهم آفاقًا جديدة لتحسين الأداء، وتمنحهم القدرة على الابتكار والارتقاء بجودة العمل داخل الجامعة”. وشهد اليوم الأول من الدورة تقديم عدد من المحاور التطبيقية، منها: التعريف ببرنامج Excel واستخداماته المحاسبية، وإدارة البيانات المالية وتنظيم الجداول المحاسبية، كما ستتطرق المحاور في الايام القادمة إلى استخدام الدوال والمعادلات الأساسية والمتقدمة، وإعداد التقارير المالية، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام الجداول المحورية (Pivot Table)، إلى جانب التدريب على مهارات التنسيق الاحترافي وتصميم نماذج مالية جاهزة للاستخدام المهني. وتأتي هذه الدورة ضمن سلسلة من البرامج التدريبية المستمرة التي تنفذها الجامعة، تأكيدًا لالتزامها برفع كفاءة كوادرها، وبناء بيئة عمل احترافية تواكب متطلبات الجودة والتميز.
