In a step that reflects institutional transparency and Ar-Rasheed Smart University's commitment to continuous improvement and development, the university presented its annual performance report for the 2023–2024 academic year on Sunday, June 1, 2025 before the Annual Performance Report Review Committee at the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research. This presentation was part of the ministry's program to assess the academic and administrative performance of public and private universities and community colleges..

In an academic setting that reflects both scientific maturity and the integration of theory and practice, Faculty of Finance and Business – Accounting Department (Arabic program) at Ar-Rasheed Smart University discussed, on Sunday, June 1, 2025, a graduation research titled: "The Impact of Internal Control on Financial Compliance within the COSO Framework – A Case Study on Yemen Mobile." The research was presented by students: Talal Nabil Al-Harouji, Osama Yahya Sawar, Rabie Mohammed Al-Asri, Younis Ali Al-Rubaidi, and Osama Abdu Al-Sanabani, fulfilling the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree for the academic year 1446 (2024–2025).

As part of its commitment to bridging academic training with real-world application, Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University organized a practical field visit on Sunday, June 1, 2025, for students enrolled in the summer course for Revit and Lumion programs. The visit took place at Brand Décor, under the supervision of Architect Zainab Al-Harazi, an expert in architectural design and 3D visualization. During the visit, trainees gained hands-on exposure to various decor materials, learning about their textures, properties, dimensions, and pricing—a crucial step in expanding their practical understanding of interior design materials. The session covered wood alternatives, marble substitutes, installation dividers, wallpaper, PVC panels, upholstery materials, and fabric types, along with practical demonstrations on installation techniques and real-world execution challenges.

In a remarkable display of collaboration between educational, research, and development institutions, Ar-Rasheed Smart University officially received a copy of the comprehensive encyclopedia on “The Reciprocal Effects of Yemeni Migration” on Sunday, June 1, 2025. The encyclopedia was prepared by Al-Khair Social Development Foundation under the generous patronage of Dr. Alwan Al-Shaibani, a pioneer in Yemeni tourism, may Allah bless him. The handover ceremony was attended by Dr. Amr bin Ma’ad Yakrib Al-Hamdani, a member of the Shura Council, and Mr. Al-Ezzi Al-Salwi, Advisor to the Ministry of Expatriate Affairs and a member of the declaration committee. They were warmly received by Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, rector of Ar-Rasheed Smart University.

In a significant step towards enhancing the quality of education and improving academic performance, Ar-Rasheed Smart University organized an advanced training workshop titled “Aligning Teaching and Assessment with Learning Outcomes” on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The workshop was led by Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, the rector of the university, and saw active participation from deans, heads of department, and faculty members across various academic disciplines. During the opening session, Professor Dr. Abdulhameed AShuja'a, Dean of Development and Quality Assurance Center, emphasized that this workshop is part of a series of developmental programs aimed at enhancing academic performance and improving education and assessment quality. He highlighted that aligning teaching and assessment with learning outcomes is a cornerstone in program accreditation and ensuring effective learning.

In an academic setting that reflects innovation and a forward-looking approach to the digital future, Faculty of Finance and Business—International Business Administration (English) Department at Ar-Rasheed Smart University discussed today unique graduation research titled: “The Role of Artificial Intelligence as a Mediating Variable in Enhancing Digital Commerce through Cybersecurity Improvement,” as part of the graduation requirements for the academic year 1446 (2024–2025).

As part of its pioneering vision to expand its societal impact and enhance the capabilities of the nation's educational professionals, Ar-Rasheed RLSC at Ar-Rasheed Smart University organized a free training workshop titled “Using Artificial Intelligence in Education”, held over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, May 28–29, 2025, at the university campus, with the participation of a distinguished group of public-school teachers. The workshop was held under the esteemed patronage of the rector of the University, Professor Dr. Abdul Latif Haidar, who emphasized in his opening remarks that Ar-Rasheed Smart University is committed to the principle of “The University in Service of Society” by utilizing modern resources—especially artificial intelligence technologies—to empower teachers, improve their ability to create digital content, and integrate AI tools into the educational process. He added, “Investing in teachers is investing in the future of the nation… Our teachers today are the pioneers of tomorrow, leading the way to a renewed and effective digital education.”
